Our Fishing trips are the perfect add-on for anyone staying with us, whether you are coming to see bears or coming to fill a cooler. (P.S. We got started as a fishing guide service first)

Depending on the time of year and season, trip options include salmon-only, Trout-Only, or Combo trout-and salmon fishing. (All Trout Fishing is catch-and-release ONLY. Salmon fishing is subject to current ADF&G regulations and Emergency Orders.)

The Valley of Ten Thousand Smokes offers an opportunity to see a landscape forever altered by the largest volcanic eruption of the 20th century.
Certainly a worthy add-on for anyone visiting the area, we can help you coordinate this excursion thru one of the park concessionaires.

A bear-viewing trip is precisely why many of our guests visit the Katmai region, and We are here to help you make that trip a reality.
Trip options are subject to availability depending on the time of year and season. We can always help you choose the best time for a bear-viewing trip.
Fly out Fishing trips
Fly-out fishing trips allow our guests to fish in some of the most remote corners of southwest Alaska.
All Fishing trips include all required equipment!
Fly-out trips include packed lunches.

Bear & Wildlife Viewing on the Naknek River
A Bear & wildlife tour on the Naknek is perfect for anyone looking to get more time seeing bears fishing on the river. We also regularly see eagles and other wildlife.
Private Trips are available.
Drinks & Snacks can be made available for an additional cost
Trips typically depart after 5 PM when most lodges have finished fishing for the day, and the bears return to the river to feed on migrating salmon.
